At Phalynx, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only offered if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

We may require photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
Refund Process:

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Opened or used products

Orders with minor cosmetic packaging damage that do not affect product quality
