Refund Policy (No Returns)

At Phalynx, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only offered if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

• To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at jakeweimer@phalynxsupps.com

• We may require photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.

Refund Process:

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Opened or used products

• Orders with minor cosmetic packaging damage that do not affect product quality

• Customer dissatisfaction with product results
